Bill Settlement

We accept various modes of payment namely cash, major credit card (including Visa, Mastercard and Amex), local debit card and cheque.

We do not accept foreign currencies.

If your billing is to be borne by your employer, you are required to present a valid and official Letter of Guarantee from your employer prior to our medical services being rendered.  We are unable to accept a letter of guarantee from any company that does not have a prior credit facility arrangement with the Centre.

If your inpatient bill is to be settled by your insurance company as pre-arranged with the Centre, you must present a valid Letter of Guarantee which covers you 100% prior to your admission.  In the event of any co-insurance or excess payment (which is only acceptable if pre-arranged by your insurer and PJSC), we shall collect these payments accordingly before your discharge from the Centre.
