Stroke is one of the leading causes of death in Brunei and this stresses on the importance of knowing the signs and symptoms. As part of collaborative effort between PJSC and Progresif, we had the opportunity to educate and empower the staffs about stroke awareness.

Giving the life-saving knowledge was Dr Abang Muhammad Fahmy Bin Abang Hepnie, Rehabilitation Medicine Consultant from the Brunei Neuroscience, Stroke and Rehabilitation Centre (BNSRC). The Q&A session saw enthusiastic participation and engaging discussions between the audience and speaker. After the talk, the attendees had the opportunity to consult our dedicated healthcare professionals, monitor their blood pressure, and explore educational leaflets and brochures. 

We hope that the talk provides better understanding about stroke and the importance of identifying its symptoms to the staffs.
