Pantai Jerudong Specialist Centre (PJSC) is a property under Bandtree Sdn Bhd, and has recently marks a history by becoming the first building in Brunei Darussalam to be awarded Platinum rated Green Mark certification. The award was given after achieving the highest level of environmental performance in the certification.

Green Mark certification scheme was launched by Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Singapore. It is a rating system designed to evaluate a building’s environment impact and performance. It is a significant achievement to provide sustainable business practices to protect nature and conserve natural resources, to reduce carbon footprint and help mitigate the negative effects of climate change.

This Platinum Green Mark certification was achieved by Massutera Engineering Sdn Bhd (MESB) as a Facility Management service provider for PJSC from Bandtree Sdn Bhd.

With this prestigious Green Mark Platinum rated certification, PJSC building is committed to meet stringent sustainability standards and reduce carbon footprint, make continuous effort to be an environmental friendly building for the people and the country.
