Pantai Jerudong Specialist Centre, specifically The Brunei Cancer Centre (TBCC) is honored to host delegates from Kagawa University Faculty of Medicine for an academic visit in conjunction with their 14th International Summer Medical School Programme with Universiti Brunei Darussalam.
The delegates comprised of medical students were led by Professor Kenji Kanenishi. The academic visit was conducted with the aim to learn more about the role of TBCC and the treatment services offered, which aligns with the programme’s objective. The delegates visited Day Care Unit, Radiotherapy Department and Nuclear Medicine Department where they had the pleasure to view our cutting-edge facilities, underscoring TBCC’s commitment to utilising state-of-the-art technology for cancer treatment.
Such knowledge sharing through academic visit are crucial in advancing healthcare systems and promoting innovation whilst encouraging future collaborative efforts.
