Celebrating Strength and Unity: Pink Day 2024 at PJSC Marks a Heartfelt Close to Breast Cancer Awareness Month

As a final and sweet closure to the month-long celebration of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Pink Day was held last Friday, 25th October 2024 at the RF Floor, PJSC. This annual event celebrated the incredible strength and resilience of our female patients while fostering connections within a supportive community.

Some of the activities held was a motivational talk titled “Be Kind to Your Mind: Mental Health in the Islamic Perspectives” by Ustazah Hanisah Othman, a light stretching exercise called Staying Active With You which was led by our physiotherapists from the Rehabilitation Department, BNSRC and a fun Candle-Making Workshop hosted by Aloha Nature House.

Through this annual event, patients had a wonderful opportunity to connect, share experiences and support one another. PJSC is proud to host this event, reaffirming our commitment to personalized care for all our patients.
