Embodying the theme ‘Healthy is the new Happy’, Pantai Jerudong Specialist Centre (PJSC) and Jerudong Park Medical Centre (JPMC) recently launched its first ever Employee Wellbeing Week, a brand new employee engagement initiative by the organizations’ Human Resource Department.

Taking place from 10th July 2023 until 14th July 2023, employees had the opportunity to join activities, attend talks and participate in reward challenges during the one-week programme. The initiative was organized with the aim of nurturing four key elements of employees’ wellbeing: their mental health, sense of fulfillment and purpose, physical fitness and not forgetting their financial stability.
