Pantai Jerudong Specialist Centre (PJSC) would like to extend our heartiest congratulations to the Honourable Minister of Health and our Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of PJSC, Dato Seri Setia Dr Haji Mohammad Isham Bin Haji Jaafar on being listed in the Asia Pacific Kindness & Leadership 50 Leading Lights.

The 50 Leading Lights showcased 50 exemplary leaders who have affected others around them with leadership style, build a new status quo and inspire others with kindness. One of the criteria to be listed is the candidate has demonstrated his or her leadership impact through kindness based on testimonials written by the people who have been impacted by the candidate.

When asked about how is kindness relevant to effective leadership, YB Dato Isham responds, ”Kindness in leadership is being compassionate and strong at the same time. Leaders must be considerate and offer opportunities to encourage their employees to achieve their full potential and gain self-worth. Kind leaders build a good relationship with their employees, listen and show openness about decisions they make.
