In conjunction with International Nurses Day, several activities were organised to celebrate the occassion. On Thursday, a recital of Surah Yassin and Tahlil was organized at Masjid Al-Ameerah Al-Hajjah Maryam, in remembrance of the late nurses and midwives. Present as Guest of Honor was Dr Hj Mazrul Adimin Hj Awg Besar, Executive Director of Pantai Jerudong Specialist Centre (PJSC) and Dr Muhd Hiza Wardy Hj Abdul Halim, Deputy Medical Director of Jerudong Park Medical Centre (JPMC).

Earlier this afternoon, the Nursing Department of JPMC presented token of appreciation to all nurses in every department of PJSC. With the lead of Miss Chung Yea Fui, Director of Nursing Department JPMC together with her team, thanked all the nurses for their hard work and dedication on being the backbone of PJSC’s healthcare.
