This screening assesses the cardiac health and musculoskeletal stability of individuals. Cardiac screening with ECG Test is important as it reflects what is happening in different areas of the heart and helps to identify any problems with the rhythm or rate of the heart. Our doctors would inquire about individuals’ heart health history with relevant questionnaires.

Our certified physiotherapists would look for possible weak spots in the skeletal structure, areas such as the back and pelvis, to identify the risk of injuries to the hamstring and adductor. Muscle movement will also be assessed with specific movements.

It is open to individuals of all ages and gender who are active in any form of sports.
