Pantai Jerudong Specialist Centre (PJSC), through the Brunei Neuroscience Stroke & Rehabilitation Centre (BNSRC), held the World Stroke Day Symposium 2024 on Sunday, 29th September 2024 at PJSC Lecture Theatre. The event featured lectures from top medical professionals from PJSC with a focus on the latest stroke management, treatments and techniques. Participants from nationwide general practitioners, nurses, and allied health professionals attended the symposium, which was officiated by the Guest of Honour, Dr. Mazrul Adimin Hj Awg Besar, Executive Director of PJSC. The event was a great success and well received by everyone.

As part of PJSC’s year-long campaign, a Walkathon will be held on 27th October 2024 at Taman Rekreasi, Jalan Menteri Besar and School Awareness Programme will be held throughout the year to further promote stroke awareness.
