On 7th November 2023, His Excellency Dr José Ramos-Horta, President of Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste visit to PJSC. His Excellency was received by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Dr Haji Md Isham bin Haji Jaafar, the Minister of Health and Chairman of the Board of DIrectors of PJSC as well as senior management team and staffs of PJSC.

Also present during the visit was His Excellency Mr. Bendito dos Santos Freitas, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of Timor-Leste, Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Ahmaddin bin Haji Abdul Rahman, Minister of Home Affairs as the minister in attendance, His Excellency Mr. Abel Guterres, Ambassador of Timor-Leste to Brunei Darussalam, His Excellency Wan Hadfi Lutfan bin Haji Abdul Latif, Ambassador of Brunei Darussalam to Timor-Leste and delegates and officials from Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste and Brunei Darussalam.

His Excellency visited various departments, which included Radiotherapy Department, Nuclear Medicine Department and Day Care Unit of The Brunei Cancer Centre (TBCC), Hydropool Therapy, Seaview Gym, Robotics Therapy Rooms and Rehabilitation Wards of Brunei Neuroscience Stroke and Rehabilitation Centre (BNSRC).
